Refund and Returns Policy

For US / UK / CANADA Orders:

For hassle-free returns on your Spider Clothing purchase within the US, UK, or Canada, contact us at orders@spiderclothing.us.

We accept returns within 7 days from your delivery date. Unfortunately, refunds or exchanges cannot be processed after this period. Please note, a restocking fee of $60 will be deducted from your refund.

To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging with the attached tag. Some items, like perishables, personal care products, intimate items, and digital goods, cannot be returned.

To initiate your return, email orders@spiderclothing.us with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll provide a return label for your convenience. Drop your package at a local post location; all returns are shipped to our Virginia warehouse.

Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to reach us. Once received, it takes 2-3 business days to process. You’ll be notified via email, and refunds take 5-7 business days to reflect on your original payment method.

International Returns: International returns are accepted, but all fees are the customer’s responsibility. Contact orders@spiderclothing.us for assistance.

Domestic Exchanges (US / UK / CANADA Only): Spider Clothing offers size exchanges for original styles purchased within the US, UK, and Canada. New styles require a new order, and there are no return shipping or restocking fees.

International Exchanges: Spider Clothing does not offer exchanges for international orders.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within a specific timeframe and automatically applied to your original payment method.

Missing Items: Check your package carefully; some items may be shipped separately. If items are missing, contact support@spiderclothing.us within 14 days with photos of the shipping label and received items.

Lost Packages: Spider Clothing is not liable for lost or stolen packages once they are successfully shipped. If you encounter issues, contact support@spiderclothing.us for assistance.

Order Cancellation/Amendment: Orders cannot be changed or canceled once placed on weekdays due to quick processing. For orders placed on weekends or holidays, contact us within 24 hours for possible changes or cancellation.
