We offer a 7-days return period for products purchased from our website.

Please note, return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order. After this period, returns will no longer be accepted. Approved returns will be issued as your original Payment method with in 5 to 7 business working days.

All approved return items must meet the following criteria:
Please be aware that shipping and processs / handling fees are non-refundable.

• Eligibility for Returns:
  • The product must be unused, in new condition, and in its original packaging.
  • Items that show signs of wear, use, or damage will not qualify for a return.
  • Final sale and not eligible for return. Sale and discounted merchandise are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return or exchange.

• Initiating a Return:
  • To start the return process, please contact our customer support team at orders@spiderclothing.us within 7 days of receiving your product. Include your order ID, the reason for the return, and any relevant information.
  • Our team will guide you through the return process and provide the correct return shipping address.
• Return Shipping Costs:
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part. In these cases, we will cover the return shipping fees.
  • we retain a $60 processing fee to cover transaction costs, system processing, refund transaction processing cost and administrative expenses. This fee is non-refundable and will be automatically deducted from your refund amount.
• Return Authorization:
  • Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization from our customer service team. Before sending back any product, ensure you have received the proper return instructions from us.

  • Please note that a restocking fee of $60 will be deducted from your refund.

    To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in its original packaging with the attached tag. Some items, like perishables, personal care products, intimate items, and digital goods, cannot be returned.

    To initiate your return, email orders@spiderclothing.us with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll provide a return label for your convenience.  

    Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to reach us. Once received, it takes 2-3 business days to process. You’ll be notified via email, and refunds take 5 to 7 business days to reflect on your original payment method.

Refund Policy

• Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process your refund, and the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

• Refund Timeline: While we process refunds promptly, it may take additional time for the refunded amount to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

• Refund Status: If you have not received your refund after 5 business days, please contact us at orders@spiderclothing.us to verify the status of your refund.

• Sale Items: Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
