  4. Free Standard Shipping: We offer free standard shipping for all domestic US and Canada orders. It takes 8-14 business days.
  5. Reliable Carriers: We use trusted carriers like DHL, FedEx, USPS, and UPS to make sure your order arrives safely.
  6. Delivery Date Info: During checkout, we’ll let you know when to expect your delivery. Remember, we only process shipments on US business days.

For customers outside the US, Canada, and the UK, we offer real-time UPS & DHL International Shipping at checkout. Here’s what you need to know:

  • Responsibility: We’re not responsible for shipping delays due to customs, natural events, or transportation issues. Any extra fees, customs charges, or back-end costs are your responsibility once the package leaves the US.
  • Standard International Shipping: It typically takes 12-15 business days for standard international shipping. You’ll receive an email notification when your tracking number becomes available.

Customs Info: Remember, any customs fees, taxes, or duties are your responsibility. We’re not liable for any customs-related issues or incorrect shipping information. You’ll get your tracking number 1-2 business days after you place your order. Multiple Items: If you order multiple items, they might be shipped separately to get to you faster. You’ll receive individual tracking codes for each item. Lost Packages: Unfortunately, we can’t take responsibility for misplaced or stolen packages. If your tracking says it’s shipped and the address you provided matches the shipping address, we can’t refund lost packages. Kindly allow 1 to 2 business days for order processing before receiving your tracking number.

Please be aware that if you order multiple items, they may be shipped separately to expedite delivery. In such cases, you will receive individual tracking codes for each item, ensuring you can track their respective journeys.

Lost Packages:

Spider Clothing cannot be held liable for misplaced or stolen packages. If your tracking number indicates successful shipment and matches the exact address provided during checkout, we are not responsible for any lost packages.
